Red Helmet Technology ("we", "us", or "our") operates multiple mobile applications, including but not limited to Alert2Me, Alert2Mate, Alert2Many (collectively referred to as the "Apps").

What information do we collect?

Personal information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual.

Location Data

By using the Apps, you agree to our use of your location data where applicable.

• For users of Alert2Me: When enabled by the user, we collect precise and approximate location data from the users' mobile devices when submitting a community report and for supporting dynamic notifications, lists and warnings/alerts when on the move using the near me service.
  
  If you do not provide the location, you will not be able to send a report or use the near me service.

• For users of Alert2Many: When enabled by the user, we collect precise and approximate location data from the users' mobile devices to enable the creation and managment of alerts and for supporting the functionality of dynamic lists for warnings/alerts .
  
  If you do not provide the location, these features will be degraded or will not work.

• For users of Alert2Mate: When enabled by the user, we collect precise and approximate location data from the users' mobile devices to enable the team response and respond near me features.
  
  If you do not provide the location, these features will be degraded or will not work.

To manage information such as location data, you may disable the tracking functionalities on your Device although the Apps and the services will not operate to full capacity or at all and if you do not provide the location.

How do we collect information?

We collect these types of personal information directly from you. By using the App, Site and Services, you authorise us to collect your information such as your username, name, email address and any other personal information available on or through your use of the App.

We may collect this information when you:

• register, add account information or create a community report on our Apps
• interact with our sites, services, content and advertising.

Why do we collect information?

We collect your personal information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing.

We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.

When we collect personal information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.

Red Helmet Technology will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your personal information. It is an important to us that your personal information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your personal information is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
